This Week's Feature: Mollie's Kountry Kitchen Services Provided: Dining Good,down-home cookin'.  We use only the finest ingredients at Mollie's.  You will find fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh squeezed orange juice and choice meats with no preservatives. We use canola oil for cooking.  Just about the only thing we don't do is lay our own eggs!  But they come fresh to us from a local chicken ranch.  For all of you who have been wondering --- yes there really was a "Mollie".  Mollie's was the brainchild of Paul and Mollie Viele whose 35 years of restaurant experience created the Mollie's concept.Two of these local Mollie's are owned by Rich Sparks. Apple Valley Mollie's on Hwy 18 was established in April of 1990.  Victorville Mollie's at Bear Valley and Amethyst (Albertson's Shopping Center) has been in operation since June  of 2001.
